For a masterclass on how to look after bamboos, there's no one better than Paul Whittaker. For 25 years he ran PW Plants in Norfolk selling almost 200 varieties of bamboo. Further, he has been awarded 47 gold medals for his displays at RHS shows. 

In 2005, Paul's book Hardy Bamboos: Taming the Dragon, was published.

PW Plants was acquired by Bowdens in 2013 and Paul now offers his services as a bamboo expert to Bowdens customers.
